About LRTT

LRTT - A Unique Approach to Approved Basic Training

Lufthansa Resource Technical Training (LRTT) is an EASA Part-147 Approved Basic Training Organisation formed as a joint venture partnership between Lufthansa Technical Training and Resource Group. LRTT brings unique qualities to the UK Basic Training sector with flexible training solutions designed to give you the maximum training and cost benefits.

Flexible Timescales

LRTT is not constrained to the academic timetable and we can design courses that means that your staff is not training during your busy periods.

Flexible Locations

For ab-initio and mature students alike, no-one likes to spend long periods away from home. Sometimes the cost of accommodation is more than the cost of the training. LRTT can use your classroom facilities to deliver knowledge training to reduce the burden of hotac. Alternatively, we provide open courses at our Cwmbran Centre for students who want to avoid the potential distractions of work during training.

Flexible Learning

LRTT uses the JAMF (Jet Aircraft Maintenance Fundamentals) CBT system to support basic training for almost all airframe, power plant and avionic chapters. LRTT trainees are issued with a personal laptop computer which can only be used for JAMF training. This allows trainees to complement their in-centre training with structured self-study and reinforce their learning in difficult areas at their own pace.
